Listening to a favorite CD of mine and sipping on tea at the end of the day is one of my prime ways of recharging without falling into a three-hour sleep. I like the idea of aromatherapy, as well--I have a lemon candle that makes me both happy and relaxed, and burning it always feels like such an indulgence.
