Great tips!

Your eyes can get very stressed when staring at a screen all day if you work in an office. It's important to take your eyes away from the screen about every 15 minutes or so to help relieve that stress. Closing them for a few seconds helps, and along with some deep breathes, you'll likely feel refreshed. It works for me.
