Workout = less stress

If you're looking to relieve stress, most people would think of getting a massage or doing some yoga. How about a good, long, hard run? Exercise is a great way to work out your stress. Why? According to the Mayo Clinic, it: -- boosts your endorphins, the brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins. -- is like meditation in movement. A rigorous workout in which you're concentrating on a single task (not multitasking!) helps calm you and clears your mind -- elevates your mood, lowers symptoms associated with mild depression and anxiety and even increases self-confidence So the next time you're feeling overwhelmed by life, pamper yourself by exercising. And then you can go for the massage -- it will feel that much better!
