Water to reduce stress.

Lately, I have noticed that when I feel a headache coming on due to stress, drinking water helps to soothe me. I do not know why that is so, but it is something I feels really helps me.

I've found that when I've been drinking, or if I'm sick or stressed, water has an extremely grounding effect. It also seems to be good for panic attacks, from what my friends have told me.
