If you're tired all the time, lack of sleep may not be the problem. Carpets, clothing, bedding, particle board used to make furniture, cleaning products and even cosmetics and candles are treated with volatile organic compounds or VOC's. These VOC's let off gasses which can cause you to feel fatigued. Summer time is the worst because all the heat and humidity causes more of them to release into the air. If you consistently feel fatigued you may want to have an environmental specialist to test the air in your home and try to determine where they are coming from. Once your house is detoxed don't forget your body. Eating healthy, drinking lots of water and hitting the steam room can help you remove the built up toxins in your body.
