The Right Alarm Clock for You

If you're like most of us, you wake up to the sound of an alarm clock. It’s a well-known fact that most alarm clocks have god-awful beeping, buzzing, or ringing sounds that are designed to make you jerk into an upright position and hit ‘snooze’. Have you ever stopped to think what kind of effect this is having on your day?
