Stress is responsible for at least ninety percent of all our illnesses. A lot of time, we go a doctor if we have a headache, or gastric problems, or if we are generally not feeling well. We pop a pill and then go back to our routine. However, research has now indicated that stress is usually behind a lot of our physical problems. We look for a solution in medication, but reducing the stress level is probably the best medicine we can give. And the best (or worst) part is that only we can give this medicine to ourselves!
