Setting Wellsphere Goals

I finally set some Goals:

1. To Eat Healthy

2. To Exercise at least 60 minutes on most days.

3. To Take Stress Breaks

4. To add Yoga at least 30 minutes three days a week to help strengthen my core.

5. To Walk 60 minutes on most days. Most of the exercise may be walking.

The last goal isn't an option for listing, but my final goal

6. To spend quality, fun or relaxing time with my daughters.
