I love getting a massage because I feel so relaxed and calm after it.I have started doing self-massage with aromatherapy oils before I go to bed.It is a very quick ritual.I take some oil in my hands and gently run them up and down my hands and legs in circular motions.I do not know if this is the right technique, but it really loosens me up so that I have a nice, deep sleep.
