Seaweed Body Wrap Recipe

Instead of going to a spa and dropping tons of money on an invigorating body wrap, try this all-natural recipe at home for a relaxing spa experience:

Obtain one two-ounce package of dried wakame (Japanese seaweed), which can be found at most health food stores.
Soak the wakame in warm water for about ten minutes. Then wrap the wet strands around your body. You can also do this while soaking int he bathtub. Keep them on for about 30 minutes, then rinse off. The great thing ab out this wrap is that seaweed naturall produces a smooth gel that's packed with trace minerals. It's great for detoxing, and can also be ground into powder if you want an exfoliating scrub in the shower.
