Get some digestive enzymes that contain HCL. Most of my patients with reflux, heartburn, etc. need more acid (HCL), which is needed to breakdown protein. When you are stressed your stomach doesn't produce HCL...so you Can't Breakdown protien...it is the undigested protein that putrefy's in your tummy that makes you feel bad. Go mint! Mint leaves can be chewed for acidity. Avoid spicy, oily foods, sweets and go on a plant based diet if you can. Avoid lying down immediately after eating. Do you smoke?
