Reduce Stress with Holy Basil

If you find yourself significantly stressed out, a simple solution could be as close as your produce aisle: holy basil (a variety of basil). A variety of studies have shown that basil is effective when it comes to reducing stress, relieving indigestion, and decreasing headache intensity. Reports have also suggested that basil may help in inhibiting breast cancer and reducing tumor size. For stress relief, consider using holy basil extract from Om Organics, which can be found in most health stores. A basil tea with boiling water and 15 fresh holy basil leaves, steeped for five minutes, is also an effective treatment for stress.

I wonder if Thai Basil will do the same thing. While I unfortunately don't love regular basil, I absolutely adore Thai basil.
