Meditation is really good, and so yoga, but when you're REALLY stressed, go for a game of raquetball. It's fun, easy, and great for relieving stress/anger.

When it comes to relieving stress/anger, I love kickboxing. I think that outlets like yoga and meditation are really nice, but when it comes to dealing with anger or frustration, doing something a little more physical always helps me get all that bad stuff out of my system.
Kickboxing, very you take classes somewhere for that, or did you learn it a different way?
