I just found these tips to help you de-stress in just a few minutes. Some are tried-and-true for me, but there's some, like jump roping and saying the alphabet backwards, that I just hadn't thought of.
What do you do to de-stress in five minutes or less?
If I'm at home, I just lie on my yoga mat for about five minutes and do some deep breathing to the accompaniment of meditative music. It works all the time. Spending time with my cat also helps take the edge off because he's so damn calm and present.
