Guess that depends on how you define 'natural,' Gary.
At least 2 benzodiazepines - diazepam (Valium®) and lorazepam (Ativan®) are found naturally in all foods, and they are usually effective. However, most people wouldn't regard either as being natural.
OTOH, some 'natural' products can be positively dangerous. About 20 years ago a number of people died and several thousand continue to have serious health issues after taking the amino acid l-tryptophan to relieve anxiety/stress in the mistaken belief that because it is a precursor of serotonin it would have the same affect as antidepressants without their side-effects.
What they didn't know was that this 'natural' product was made in large bio-reactors by a pharmaceutical company. Nor were most aware that anxiety, depression and stress isn't the result of having insufficient brain serotonin.
Yoga is good, so is meditation. Eat well, maybe make oily fish like salmon a regular part of your diet, or take fish oil/omega-3 capsules and take time out to smell the roses occasionally.
