Less TV

As a start, watch no TV at least 2-days a week!

I've done this before and it is amazing how productive and how much more relaxed you can be without the boob tube to disrupt serenity. I've gotten back into reading and listening to music while I'm home, and also doing things like cleaning my house, playing with my cat, writing letters, and just plain relaxing.
