I Dont Think I Can Do It

I just get soooo distracted before bed I just cannot manage to get to sleep at a decent hour. I mean I could TECHNICALLY just get into bed and shut my eyes around 10 or 11pm, but I get bored and restless. Urrg...

Try reading instead of watching TV before bed time.

I know how you feel. I used to work nights and its has messed with my sleep patter. Its like the later it gets the more energy I have.

I found this stuff that works AMAZING, and its natural.

Its a intra-oral spray that you take 15 or so before bed. it has Melatonin and Valarium in it so its non addicting and due to the fact that you spray it on the inside of your cheeks you absorb it in about 10 min.

Its called tunguska mist PM and its NOT expensive. I make my self take it around 10 so I fall asleep around 10:15 - 10:30.

whoa! nice post! I think we were on the same boat.  I used to were in graveyard shift schedule....I am a dentist.  I coudn't wash my adar lab coat every time I go home, becaseu I fell so sleepy....Luckily, the schedule has been change.  Now, I am happily enjoying my new schedule...
