How often have you stopped this year to just “be” and be quiet? If you haven’t by now, and it was your New Year’s Resolution to do so! . . . you can start today.
Take even 10-20 minutes a day and just sit quietly. Shut off the cell phone, email, computer and all other beeps, boops and dings that will immediately distract you from yourself (and many times for no good reason.)
Organize and pre-plan it into your regular schedule so that you make the time to listen to your inner musings, truths and guidance — the place where you really live.
