How are you coping with the current recession? What do you do to relax?

We are facing tought economic times. Some of us are letting the daily stress we face overpower them to the point that their health suffers.

That's terrible since without our health, we've got nothing!  Meditation can help you deal with the current financial torments some of us have on a daily basis.

 The economic recession has left many American feeling fearful, anxious and stressed about their jobs and financial futures. Stay focused in whatever field you are and take action. Eat well, sleep well and take good care of yourself.
It can be anything whichever we like helps to reduce the stress.
