Help me make the best choice

Posted by mssuzy

Hello, I am new here and hopeful that I can solve some problems I have. If you read my profile you can see what I am dealing with. I am not sure if yoga is the best thing for me. I need stress relief and all the friends I can make. I am very sincere and eagerly look forward to any suggestions you can give me. I am so glad I found this site.

Hi mssuzy,

I read your profile. Losing a son and going through a divorce is very stressful.  There is no easy answer.

First you have to deal with your son's passing and the guilt associated with that.

Secondly, you blame your ex husband for your divorce. I would suggest that you find a theapist that you feel comfortable with, to  help mend your broken wounds.

Then you will find it much easier to enjoy stress relief.

Hello Cecil,

Thank you for answering my questions.  I did go through therapy after my sons death. It was a difficult time in my life and I was left to deal with it myself. I will always miss my son, but, I know he has make the journey that we all must make. The divorce? That was the best thing that could ever have happened to me. No guilt on that one!!:)

I am an active woman and exercise helps me very much. I want to try yoga. I have heard a lot about the benefits. Talking(or emailing) someone also helps with stress. Thank you Cecil.
