What is EFT? EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a 21st Century Energy Psychology, providing an easy-to-use bridge between two well known healing concepts

wherein the stimulation of certain points on the body provide healing benefits, tapping into and releasing stuck emotions, beliefs and traumas, and

How does EFT work? It is administered through gentle tapping or rubbing of acupressure points and polarity statements.
