If you are someone who tends to suffer from anxiety and/or panic attacks, have you found a constructive way to deal with this issue without resorting to pharmaceuticals? Inquiring minds would love to know.
Do you ever find that people that are close to you dont understand the anxiety or panic attacks, and then they down play your feelings (its all in your head). This just feeds the anxiety more? I try to avoid them, but its hard when they`re family. Would you think maybe confronting them with a support might be an answer?
