We all have big goals and small goals for each day and for our lives — even if we think they’ve gotten lost under the clutter and distractions once in a while.
But, how do you know if your daily actions and tasks are going to help get you to and accomplish your outcome goals?
Litmus Test: Ask yourself every moment, “Does this thought, feeling, action, relationship, use of time, energy or money — get me closer to my goal, dream or desire?”
If “No”, then stop. Get back on track doing those things that will give you a “Yes” next time you ask the Litmus Test Question.
