Counting It Down

If you're dieting chances are you're counting carbs, calories, fat grams or points. I've counted them all at one time or another. I hate having to carry around a notebook all day or try to remember it all in the evening. I recently stumbled across a product called a Cal-Carb Clicker. It will keep up with calories, whatever grams or points you're counting and your water intake. Best of all it fits on your key chain. They're only $20 and you can get one at It's a lot handier than carrying around a notebook all day.
