We know we can be better and different from where we’ve been, or where we are now. But, how do we get there from here?

Our lives are made up of thoughts, behaviors and patterns, created by beliefs and habitual thinking, behaving and focusing on the same line of reasoning that will continue to get us the same results, and, over time, if they are negative results, they will domino into worse results.

STOP! Who wants that??!

Practice. From learning how to play an instrument, to strengthening or toning your body and mind/mental thought process, is all about conscious practice.

Change your mind. Change your habits. Change your life.

It also may mean starting over with a blank mind, like a blank sheet of paper to rewrite your life’s story from here into the future here’s. What do you want?

“Whatever you habitually think yourself to be, that you are.
You must form, now, a greater and better habit;
you must form a conception of yourself as a being of limitless power,
and habitually think that you are that being.
It is the habitual, not the periodical thought that decides your destiny.”
~  Wallace D. Wattles, The Science of Being Great
