Whatever your plans, whatever you do this Thanksgiving, and holiday season, here are 10 Key things to do that will help you have a better experience.

1.) Lighten up!

2.) Choose your battles.

3.) Don’t sweat the small stuff!

4.) Enjoy whomever you’re around and with. NO MATTER WHAT! 

5.) Don’t over eat, over play, over work, over analyze or over organize!

6) Have fun. Lots of fun.

7.) Rest, relax, let go.

8.) Preplan everything just to the point of feeling in control of your week, letting others know what’s going on, get done what you really want to get done, and see, do and experience what you really want.

9.) UNPLUG! Get away from the computer, iphones, cell phones, etc. Shut them off (don’t even leave on vibrate!) while with family and friends. Make “face time” really FACE time while being with others.

10.) Make your holidays memorable for all new and fun reasons.
