Right now I'm trying to add about 2-3 additional pounds of muscle over the next four weeks. I also am trying to strip down a little body fat. I've done both before by cycling calories and really tracking food and exercise along with some HIIT on non-weight training days.

I am active doing cardio exercise, but as I am getting older, I know I should include strength training. It has been a struggle since I really don't like weight machines and have a hard time doing it on my own.

Weight training doesn't "grab" me - never did - but I know I feel better [and quite righteous] afterwards so am hoping this community can offer the push that I need
