Yet Another Question on Direct Assault

"I'm slightly confused with the sample workout on your article on bodybuilding.com . For monday, do you superset the bicep and tricep workout or do you take a 90 second rest between each set? I guess what's confusing me is the time of rest after the number of sets that you wrote down. Can you clarify this for me so im not doing a completely different workout? haha. Thanks."

My Answer: I thought I was pretty clear about this in the article, but let me spell it out for you in black and white:



DO BICEPS SET

REST FOR 90 SECONDS

DO TRICEPS SET

REST FOR 90 SECONDS



and so and so forth until you reach 6 sets for biceps and 6 sets for triceps.
