I did some weights, about an hour later, had pain quickly develope in my chest which has stayed with me through to today the pain was also on my left hand shoulder which also went up my neck, this now seems to have gone but the chest pain still remains, the pain gets worse when i walk and it seems harder and harder to breathe/talk as the pain worsens, the pain is right in the middle of my chest, and started with some irregular heartbeats which i could physically hear, and can only be described as bubbling/popping noices coming from my heart. the pain is worse when i try to lay down on anything other than my right hand side i.e my back my left hand side and on my front, it hurts and made it very difficult to sleep. my primary self diagnosis was that it was a pulled muscle, but nothing seems to match my symptoms and could be anything from a mild heart attack down to a pulled muscle. help me please im goin crazy. and i cannot afford to miss any work.
You are asking a difficult question that really does require evaluation by a professional. In fact, if you have any concern about having a heart attack or other serious medical condition, you should get immediate evaluation by a physician, by going to an urgent care or emergency department right away.
