Werewolf Training : How to Gain 30 Pounds of Muscle Like Taylor Lautner / Jacob Black from Twilight New Moon

Taylor Lautner Simply put: Taylor Lautner gained 30 pounds of muscle in a year for his role in the movie Twilight: New Moon. I went back and researched his history and his preparation for this role. For your convenience I have summarized what I learned in a post about The Twilight Workout Routine: Talyor Lautner's Transformation.

I then took my experience training to gain muscle and PTing others to gain muscle, combined it with some of Taylor Lautner's PT's philosophies on gaining muscle, and created a workout routine customized specifically for gaining muscle. It is an 18 day routine that can be extended to 21 days by adding an extra day of rest each week.
