Well  Friends, it has become increasingly more difficult to apply an acronym to all of these workouts, so if this one seems a little strange; it’s only because it is tough to work it into my greater theme. Greater theme? Oh that’s right. You didn’t think that I was just posting a bunch of random workouts, did you? I think we all know that just isn’t my style. So, I’m going to post this workout and one more, and then; you’ll see how to really use them in an amazing way. But for now, here is a great gut-busting saurez that is certain to make your core trim and hard.

  • 20 Dragon Flags
  • 20 Pikes
  • 20 TRX Reverse Crunches
  • 20 TRX Jack-Knives
  • 20 TRX Body Saws
  • 20 Kettlebell Crunches

*Perform 3-5 Sets.

*Warning: Only do this if you want rock-hard abs.
