Chest, tricpeps, Rope Work
Weighted Lying Leg Raise: 12 lbs x 15, 6, 6
Crunches : 32.5 x 20 x 4
DB Stiff Legged Deadlifts: 55lbs x 10, 65lbs x 10, 75lbs x 6, 7, 8
One-Arm DB Rows: 75lbs x 6 x 3
DB Shruggs: 90lbs x 20 x 2
Mildly congested, a carry over from yesterday I believe. I used my inhaler which worked wonders. I handled heavier weight than the last back workout I did. The last Stiff Legged Deadlifts I did I used 60 lbs for 10 reps. Today I used 75 for 6,7 and 8 reps. Felt strong.
Dumbbell Shruggs last week were 80 lbs for 2 sets of 15. Today I did 90lbs for 2 sets of 20!!!
Abs getting stronger.
Al reps were slow and controlled, including shruggs - which some are apt to perform incorrectly.
