Today was shoulder day for me, possibly one of my favourite days at the gym. There’s just something intensely satisfying about watching your traps pop.
So my workout went as follows.
Dumbbell shoulder press – 3 sets of 20 reps using 12.5kg d/bells
Dumbbell Shoulder press – 3 sets of 8-10 reps using 20kg d/bells
Superset with Shrugs using 130kgs.
Front raises – 3 sets of 6-8 reps using 15kg d/bells
90 degree bent arm side raises – 3 sets using 17.5kg d/bells
Upright Rows – 3 sets of 10 reps with 40kg on bar.
Superset with Shrugs using 130kg until failure.
Approx time – 50 minutes.
Definitely feeling it after that. Hopefully going to try and increase some of the weights on the exercises next time.
