The Plan

My goal is to lift weights three times a week and increase my muscle mass in three months. I'm not sure how I will measure this. But I hope that my body will change--more definition and less flab.

I will also need to increase my protein consumption to support this growth. Actually, I don't think I will need to increase it so much as make it more consistent.

With any luck, I'll start seeing results before my three months is up.
