It’s time to work on those abs just a little more. Maybe you looked at the last ab workout I posted, and decided that maybe it wasn’t for you. Maybe you saw it and have been able to employ some of it to your workout. If so, that’s great! Here’s another awesome ab workout with The Tiger’s special twist:
50 weighted Bosu crunches
1 minute Bosu planks with a side to side twist
3 minute jog on the treadmill
20 weighted power pikes
25 floor sweepers
3 minute walk
1 minute sprint on the treadmill
20 hanging figure 8s on the Roman Chair
30 running man sit-ups
Perform 2 rounds every other day for two weeks and see how your abs transform before your eyes!
As always, this should be only part of a comprehensive program that includes a sensible nutrition plan.
