Sunday. The day of rest.

The day of rest and yet still productivity. In regards to working out, I still like to get some in every single day and that is... Push Ups.

I knocked out 3 sets to exhaustion of push ups. This is strength or what I like to call endurance training.

Also helps get me through the day.
