I have a very bad left shoulder and would be quite unable to perform the overhead half press. Can you recommend a few substitute moves?

My Answer: And we'll discuss it? Dude, you sound like a boss calling in an employee into his office. Anyway, you screwball, to answer your question: just choose a different triceps exercise that doesn't hurt. Instead of overhead half presses, do some lying half presses in the power rack.
