I'm not one for lone weight training or fast, group circuit training. I understand and have used free weights and weight machines with some success--but I'm just not in the head space for it. What I want is to maintain my muscles and be strong and hoping to do that a different way by taking a HIP class. I'm attending the H.A.A.B.I.T. class which uses one's body's and exercise bands to strength traing. Having taken 2 classes I can see it is challenging to me and I'm looking forward to getting stronger and leaner from it.
