New workout routine

For Mon and Thu:

Chest & shoulders & triceps: Wall Pushups, Upright Dumbbell Rows
quads: Dumbbell Squats
abs: Crunches
obliques: Dumbbell Side Bends

For those using dumbbells, i use a set of 4.4 lbs dumbbells:)
