I am so stoked, I've been sick and off the track for a couple weeks but I'm ready to jump back in! I need to get in some serious shape before I dip my foot into the power lifting pool.
Tomorrow I'm heading down to the gym with Mr. Sushicookie to hit the weights. I am sooo ready to bring it and bring it heavy!!
Deadlift here I come!

Squat 185 # x6 Bench 75# x8 Triceps Overhead Ext 60#x8, 70#x8, 80#x8 Bicep Curl 30# x8
and of course, lots more I can't think of at the moment. lol
