So I realised the other day that I’m now in my tenth month of being a gym goer and god hasn’t it flown by. Insane to think that it’s almost a year that I started.
I can’t say that I’ve lost any weight and I can’t say that I’ve gained either, but my body has definitely changed for the better. I started my journey at around 13 stone and there I have stayed, but I have definitely lost fat and gained muscle. One tell tale sign of this is I can now make my man-boobs dance on cue rather than just sitting there wobbling (Maybe I’ll post a video sometime haha). I thought that now would be an awesome time to let you guys see my progress in picture form along with an update into where I am taking my body next.
This is my current body and I’m definitely more than happy with the changes, so far. This leads me onto my next quest. Gaining some lean muscle mass.
I have now started trying to bulk up in order to put on more lean muscle and in doing so gain some size. I have upped my daily calorie intake to around 3200, which so far has been quite hard to manage, but I’ve achieved this much, so why let something as simple as eating stop me from my next goal.
