June 13, 2008 - First entry

First injury...minor. Will have to work around it and stay the course. Swimming, walking and cardio with some weight training for the legs and abs. Using the balance board daily. Starting to acheive more balance and using minor muscles in feet and legs. I find it easier to put on socs in the AM balancing on one foot...;>)
