Im 16 years old i way 118 (skinny) and im 5'6. I want to get riped but i dont want to be short i lift weights 4 days a week and run 4 miles on wednesday and saturday. I dont go to the gym and i only use dumbells. At the age of 14 i hit my growth spurt i was 5,1 and grew to 5,5 by the en of 14. In the past year or so, i grew 1 inch. so if any 1 can inform me well maybe some proof or a link to a website relating growth and exercise id realy appreciate it.
