I have groin pain while sitting and laying down. The pain increases when I got to stand up, and the pain subsides after about 10

I have groin pain while sitting and laying down. The pain increases when I got to stand up, and the pain subsides after about 10 steps. Pain increases while sitting if I am leaning forward. Would this be a groin injury or possibly a hernia?
