Hi, i have a slipped disc. What exercise can i do to strengthen my back and abs?

hi 

musle stretching; that is to have good muscle length in the  lower limb muscles hip and lower back muscles is very very important ; muscles perform better after the stretching 

stretching is always preffered first than strengthing;

strengthing you can do latter important muscles are hamstrings gleutei quards iliopsoas

lumbar fascia errector spinae

after stretching core stability is important

exercises like dead bug are important
