Over the past few posts for my free weightlifting routines, I’ve divulged the best of the best exercises you need to include in your
weight training routinesto obtain the best results. Each muscle group needs to be worked differently so including exercises that works those muscles most effectively is so crucial to achieve you goals. Now, these exercises are the best to work your muscles however, they might not be the best exercises to build muscle mass. A lot of you weight lifters out there weight lift to build muscle mass so it’s time to take help you guys out.
Different exercises give you different results. Some of the exercises that I have given to you in the prior posts are useful for gaining mass while the others are more useful for achieving muscular strength and muscle tone. So below, I’ll introduce the ten best exercises that you need to include in your weight training routines if your goal is achieving muscle mass. Now, I’m not saying the previous exercises that I told you are exercises that won't prove helpful. In fact, using those exercises with these muscle mass exercises will be great for you to achieve size so make sure you keep on using them in your weight training routines.

CHEST: Bench Press
BACK: Barbell Rows
SHOULDERS: Barbell Overhead Press
TRAPS: Dumbbell Shrugs
BICEPS: Standing Barbell Curls
TRICEPS: Weighted Bench Dip
FOREARMS: Seated Wrist Curl
QUADS: Squats
LOWER BACK: Deadlift
CALVES: Standing Calf Raise
All these exercises above will be found in all of my free weightlifting programs. I assume that if you wish to gain muscle mass, you’ve had some experience with weight lifting and therefore know most of these exercises.
