The importance of strong abs was established to show that with a strong core, it makes it easier for the other muscles to get strong. So, by using my simple ablifting routinesintended to develop your core, you will undoubtedly improve your lifting techniques and overall weightlifting abilities.
Now we are on our way to establishing a path to achieving your fitness weightlifting goals. But before I can reveal some more advanced lifting routines, I want it known that these routines aren’t set in stone. You should feel free to change exercises as long as it stays within the focus of what the routine is trying to accomplish. One persons body reacts differently to another’s so it would probably be beneficial to you if I gave an overview of the best fitness weightlifting exercises that most professional lifters would agree on.
I’ll start off with the chest muscle, the pectorals. The pectoral is a great muscle to work on to achieve a higher level of fitness. Because it’s such a big muscle, it takes a great amount of effort to develop and strengthen that muscle. And it’s also a great muscle to perfect correct lifting techniques. That’s why many personal trainers begin with their lifting routines with the chest.
Also, for appearance purposes, the pectorals are the most visible muscle in the human body. Whether you’re a female or male, developed pectorals look attractive. For women, it firms and adds size to the breast area. The same is true for men. For these reasons, I’ll go ahead and begin revealing good chest fitness weightlifting exercises and then reveal exercises for other muscles.
BENCH PRESS (Middle Chest)
There are two ways to do this fitness weightlifting exercise, with a bar or with dumbbells. With the bar, it’s easier to gain mass because it’s a more fluid movement. With the dumbbells, it’s harder to perform this exercise but it helps in obtaining good lifting techniques. I usually tell beginner weightlifters to start off with the dumbbells to get the correct form down and then use the bar because if done properly, it’s a better exercise. For all chest lifting routines, the bench press is a must. Always use a spotter when you bench press go as heavy as you can without losing good lifting techniques.

INCLINE PRESS (Upper Chest)
Like the bench press, this fitness weightlifting exercise can be done with the bar or with dumbbells. However, unlike the bench press, I usually recommend using the dumbbells because it works better with the upper pectoral. Generally with this exercise, it’s to strengthen and rip this muscle and not to build mass. So using dumbbells would be the best way to achieve good results. Also, using dumbbells is great to perfect the lifting techniques. Again use a spotter and go as heavy as you can without losing good form.
DUMBBELL FLYS (Outside Chest)
With the fitness weightlifting exercise, there is no way to perform it with a bar. However, flys is a great exercise to develop and form the pectorals. It works the outside of your chest to shape the pectoral muscle and make the breasts look more appealing and tighter. It’s very important to include flys into your lifting routines because it helps to improve the overall strength of the pecs.
CABLE CROSSOVERS (Upper, Middle, Lower, Outside Chest)
Cables are great way to rip and pump up your chest. Just like the flys, it will shape your pectoral muscle. Also, you can target your upper, lower, mid and outside parts of your pecs so it’s a very flexible exercise and it’s up to you what you want to build and rip. Generally, I suggest performing decline cable crossovers in most lifting routines because it targets the lower part of the chest and with all the fitness weightlifting exercises given above; it completes the full workout of the pectorals.
