How many times have you been watching television late at night when all of a sudden, your stomach starts to sound like a wild animal? Immediately reacting to this primal feeling for the need to feed, we rush to the fridge and find something to satisfy the crave. More often than not, we grab something that we want instead of something healthy. So what’s a good way to eat something that won’t destroy what we are trying to do in the gym? Sugar-free jello is a great way to “trick” your body into feeling a bit fuller and your mind into feeling like you are indulging.
