Types of Exercises to build muscle, burn fat
We divide the exercises we perform in gym into 2 main types of exercises
Isolated muscle Exercises: A single joint movements that require the use of a muscle group (triceps pushdown is, lift weights, bicep curls)
Compound muscle exercises: Multi-joint movements that require the use of more than one muscle group (ie, squats, dead weight, bench-press)
