- Kettlebell Squat and Press
- TRX Push-ups
- Lat Pulldown
- Leg Raises
- Wall Seats (Parallel Squat against the wall)
*Perform each exercise for 3 to 5 sets of 30 seconds each.
Hopefully, after trying this workout, you will see an increase in leg strength. It will be painful but good. If you have strong legs and a strong core, you can do almost anything!
