E.A.R.T.H. (Engage,Activate,Ride-out The Hurt)

Posted Apr 22 2009 11:55pm

So, here is another workout that I think will help you. This workout doesn’t have to be performed at break-neck speeds, but staying in constant motion is always good.

  • Kettlebell Squat and Press
  • TRX  Push-ups
  • Lat Pulldown
  • Leg Raises
  • Wall Seats (Parallel Squat against the wall)

*Perform each exercise for 3 to 5 sets of 30 seconds each.

Hopefully, after trying this workout, you will see an increase in leg strength. It will be painful but good. If you have strong legs and a strong core, you can do almost anything!
